In-Person Services

We are committed to reopening in a way that prioritizes everyone’s health, safety, and comfort. You can learn about our new policies and procedures in our Common Questions section below.

Common Questions

Will there be kid's church or childcare?
During this time we are currently not offering any childcare or in-person kid's church. If you feel comfortable bringing your kids with you to the service, we encourage you to bring a tablet or phone with headphones so your children can watch our new, interactive children's experiences during the service.

How will Refuge Ranch enable social distancing during their services?
Our team will welcome you as you arrive on campus. We will help attendees to choose their preferred level of contact as they arrive and guide them as they head to their seats.
We will also limit gatherings in the lobby & hallways as much as possible. Physically distanced seating will be available in the auditorium with assistance from our ushers and signage.

Will Refuge Ranch be screening those who attend in person?
No. We will not be administering temperature checks or screenings. However, we do ask that everyone attending use good judgment. If any of the following applies to you, please worship with us online:

In the last 14 days you have tested positive for Covid-19, been experiencing symptoms, or have a known exposure to COVID-19.
If you are in a “high-risk” group, or you care for someone who may be at a “high-risk” for severe illness.

Are seating reservations required?
You will not need to reserve your seat. Seating will be provided on a first come, first served basis. In the event that the auditorium seating is filled, we will ask that you watch online. We are continuing to watch local, state, and federal guidelines to help us determine safe practices and follow social distancing requirements.

Are service times changing? When should I arrive?
We are now only meeting on Friday evenings. We have chosen to combine our Friday and (formerly) Sunday services into one to a provide a unique experience no matter which service you've been used to attending. To help us properly clean, sanitize and prepare for each service, we ask that you arrive no more than 20 minutes before (doors open at 6:45) the start of service. We also ask that you arrive no later than 30 minutes after the start of the service as the doors will be closed to help us create a distraction-free service. The doors will be closing at 7:30pm and anyone arriving after this time will be asked to join our online experience.

What sanitization measures will be in place?
We will clean and sanitize the auditoriums for every service and our team will frequently disinfect surfaces throughout the building. Hand-sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the campus. Water fountains will not be available at this time. All resources and connection cards will be offered online.

What about face coverings?
Face coverings are recommended but not required.

What if I am considered “high-risk”?
If you or someone in your family is considered “high-risk” for severe illness, we encourage you to continue joining us for service online.

I’m new, how do I get connected?
We would love to help get you connected! Please fill out a connect card HERE. We will be in contact with you soon!

What if I don't feel comfortable coming to an in-person service yet?
We completely understand, and we want you to feel comfortable.
